This morning I saw the latest outrage that is being perpetrated on America and American citizens who are simply following the law. We are seeing a further division between legal citizens and illegals in America and it’s good to be illegal in America for certain types of illegals.
A number of media outlets are reporting that the University of California Los Angeles (UCLA) along with the National Labor College, the academic arm of organized labor, are to form the National Dream University.
They will be offering illegals residing anywhere in the United States 18 college credits online for $2,400. Some of the instructors are former (and some still are) 1960s activists like Tom Hayden and the Rev. James Lawson plus Immigrant Youth Movement leaders, and academics and scholars from across the country, according to their press release.
By comparison, California residents who enroll in UCLA for a 32 credit hour academic year pay $12, 686 in tuition, or $396 per credit hour. Non residents pay $35,564 in tuition, or $1,111.37 per credit hour. Legal California residents who attend UCLA currently pay $7,128 for the same 18 credit hours. It’s good (and cheap) to be an illegal in America!
This outrage is taking place in a state that is currently hoping that their residents will vote to increase their own taxes to pay for these and many outher outrageous wastes of taxpayer’s money.
This comes on top of President Obama’s questionable short-term amnesty of illegals who are under 30 and were brought here by their parents when they were less than 14. 
In a bid to ramp up his Hispanic vote, Obama chose to disregard the defeat of the “Dream” Act in the United States Senate and have DHS “change their enforcement priorities” to accomplish the same thing on a short-term basis.
Many have questioned the legality of his plan, calling it an unconstitutional fiat that not only usurps congressional authority to set immigration policy but directly contradicts what Congress has already decided three times. Obama’s reasoning: his new policy is designed to enact as much of the DREAM Act amnesty as possible because Congress hasn’t acted on its own.
So let’s get this straight. Barack Obama has decided that if Congress doesn’t enact laws that he wants, he will simply enact them by executive fiat. I thought that’s why we had a revolution against King George III and his government.
However, Obama understands that any constitutional challenge will take years and he’ll either be reelected or he won’t. This is Banana Republic politics at its worst. The illegals must feel right at home.
Finally, Obama has ordered the Department of Justice and the Department of Homeland Security to go after any and all states that have passed new Voting and Voter ID laws. Arizona was the first but a number of states have felt the hot breath of the department breathing down their necks.
They have marshaled their willing accomplices in the national and state media to support their crackdown. Using their favorite weapon, racism, they have begun to interfere in violation of the 10th Amendment, with states’ right to police their voter rolls. Another unconstitutional act by the Constitutional Law instructor, Barack Obama.
The main beneficiaries of this campaign are illegal voters who will most likely vote for Barack Obama. All of these tactics will benefit illegals, making it good to be an illegal in America.
